Before diving into the dynamic world of real estate, I owned a beloved brick-and-mortar hobby store from 2009 to 2013. My knack for negotiation became evident during the pandemic when I successfully closed several under-asking deals, steering clear of costly bidding wars. My track record in securing seller concessions during this challenging period is exceptional. One of my proudest moments was helping a client secure a $50,000 first-time home buyer grant.

Passing the state real estate exam on my first attempt and qualifying to become a broker within my first three years showcases my dedication and expertise. I purchased my first property at 30, and this year, I ventured into the world of flipping. Currently, I own a total of six doors, continually expanding my real estate portfolio and passion for the industry.
